your personality. It is the centre of your willpower and your 
character. You can also see the chakra point as your personal 
energy centre, where you can draw inner strength and energy to 
shape your life and create your identity. Fire is the element that 
belongs to this chakra. 

Yellow is the colour of optimism and strength. You can think of the 
sun shining yellow bright light. When the solar plexus chakra in 
you is balanced, you also radiate and are full of light and power. It 
enables you to take on challenges. Wear something yellow if you 
feel a bit out of balance
